本公司生產(chǎn)的 C321.ΔA.exp 感受態(tài)細胞是采用特殊工藝處理得到的感受態(tài)細胞，可用于 DNA 的化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化。使用 pUC19 質(zhì)粒檢測，轉(zhuǎn)化效率 106cfu/μg DNA 以上。
產(chǎn)品特點 :
PURPOSE：This is C321.DA with mutS reverted and the lambda prophage removed; it exhibits lesser spontaneous mutagenesis and can be grown at 37 C。
Bacterial Resistance(s)：Bleocin (Zeocin), 50 μg/mL。
Growth Temperature：30° C。
Growth instructions：This strain has mutS+ (reduced mutation rate compared to C321.deltaA) and lambda- (growth can be performed at 37C). This strain must be supplemented with d-biotin when grown in minimal media。
